Just wondering what other groups do about the people who complain all the time about getting the robber, not trading etc.
Our group came up with the "waaambalance" card. The first person to make a complaint gets the card and keeps it until another person starts with the whining. This seems to be working pretty well.
I am pretty sure that the person who came up with this idea was thinking of me.......

Re: What do you do about the "whiners"?
Sat, January 3, 2004 - 6:18 AMWe both exacerbated and solved our whining problem with the implementation of enforced time limits on each turn. This way everyone makes stupid mistakes :-) No seriously it tends to keep people focussed enough that they get the most out of each turn, it also means you don't have to wait that long until your next turn.
