The translation is woefully incomplete, and we found ourselves scratching our heads about a few rule situations. I also found that the plastic that was used for the ships in the German version is really brittle, and would break off bits as we attempted to put on the engine expansions! So I would recommend getting the English version instead. The game itself is really fun and fascinating. I especially love the sequencing and decision points of the encounter cards!
